What we do


Merantix is an AI Venture Studio and pioneering technology lab located in Berlin. Already today AI automates complex, multi-level processes that used to be dependent on human decision making. Merantix aims to spearhead this development, building the category leaders of tomorrow. Through our unique incubation platform, seed financing and exceptional teams of visionary entrepreneurs and engineers, we transfer world-leading research into products that will change existing and create new industries. 

As one of Merantix’ portfolio companies, Merantix Labs conceptualizes, builds, and scales machine-learning solutions for clients across all industries. Our current projects include developing logistics solutions for retailers, quality assurance tools for manufacturing, machine-learning systems for financials providers, a cancer detection system for a healthcare provider, and others. We take advantage of three core competencies: our experience applying machine learning, our expertise fostering enterprise partnerships to assemble vast datasets, and our culture of rapid iterations to build scalable products. 

Our team is made up of entrepreneurs, scientists, and engineers from premier universities around the world. Many of us have PhDs and work experience at top tech companies.


Your Role


Our people, recognizing each and every team member, are our company’s most precious asset. Therefore, we are looking for a talent professional who will successfully build and manage the candidate’s experience through full-lifecycle recruitment as well as empower our people to strongly develop as professionals. Your main responsibilities will contain: 

  • You partner with teams to understand their needs;
  • You identify and implement best practices and tools for attracting and selecting top talent;
  • You source, screen, interview and process candidates for multiple roles in engineering and business; 
  • You ensure a successful onboarding and employee integration to the company;
  • You cultivate robust pipelines for recurring requisitions;
  • You leverage social media and other network sources to promote our employer brand online and offline;
  • Additionally you conceptualize and deliver tailor made learning and development plans for our team;
  • and develop and manage our existing performance management process.



We define ourselves by a culture of ownership and cooperation. We are looking for driven, capable, visionary and prudent talents with proven track records of personal, academic and professional achievement:

  • You have a Bachelor or Master BSc or MSc degree in business, social or a related field;
  • You have gained 3+ years of working experience in full cycle technical recruiting, ideally within a dynamic start-up and/or consulting environment;
  • You have gained 1+ years of working experience in building structured full cycle recruiting processes;
  • You are experienced in consulting and developing talents;
  • You have excellent communication (verbal and written English and German), interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
